“Go Farm” Farmer's Market

On Saturday, the MSU-West Plains Agriculture Club along with Samantha Osborn the horticulture instructor, will have on-going planting activities for all kids, young and old alike. They will learn how to use household items such as bottles and jugs to make a “greenhouse like environment” for seeds to germinate in, how to use eggshells to grow seeds, the importance of feeding their plants to see them thrive, and the process a seed goes through to reach a mature plant that is producing an edible product.
The "Go Farm" Farmer's Market is located at the Endurance Church parking lot, next to Hirsch, and is open Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. For more information visit the market's Facebook page at gofarmwestplains.
