Bridges Back to School Fair returns Aug. 15

Families are invited to attend the annual Bridges Back to School Fair on Saturday, Aug. 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the West Plains High School parking lot.

 

The event is designed to support West Plains R-VII students as well as students attending surrounding K-8 schools by connecting families with valuable resources to help them prepare for the upcoming school year. Attendees will have access to school supplies, community resources, and information about services available throughout the area.

 

This year, the Howell County Health Department will also be onsite, at the WPMS Nurse's Office, providing back to school health services and resources for families. Their participation offers a convenient opportunity for parents and guardians to take care of important health related needs before students return to the classroom.

 

The Bridges Back to School Fair is free to attend and open to families with students enrolled in West Plains R-VII Schools and surrounding K-8 school districts. Community members are encouraged to stop by, connect with local organizations, and get ready for the first day of school.
