CITY-WIDE YARD SALE AND SPRING CLEAN-UP

The Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce has scheduled the City-Wide Yard sale for Saturday, April 8, 2023. The City of Willow Springs will waive all garage sale permit fees for the entire weekend beginning Friday, April 7 through Sunday, April 9.  For more information regarding City-Wide Yard Sale, please contact the Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce directly at 417-469-5519 or by email at willowspringschamber@gmail.com.  

Spring Cleanup has been scheduled for April 10-14, 2023.  Residents should have their items curbside by their regular trash pickup day. Please separate your items into three piles:

1. Regular bagged trash for the trash company to pick up.

2. Yard debris that our street department will pick up with a dump truck

3.  Appliances or household goods, scrap metals to be picked up with city dump truck

There are a few exceptions that neither the trash company nor the city will be able to pick up:

1. Hazardous, toxic, radioactive materials (microwaves)

2. Waste oils (motor/food)

3. Lead acid waste

4. Liquids (paint, pool chemicals, oil, etc.)

5. Whole tires (side walls must be cut out)
