Zizzer gathering Oct. 26 at Hammond Mill Camp

On Saturday, Oct. 26 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Hammond Mill Camp, Inc. will host a Zizzer gathering. All classes/graduation years are invited. For many this will be an opportunity to re-visit the camp from which fond memories emerge. Hammond Mill Camp hopes all Zizzers will enjoy examining recent improvements and comparing them to those sealed within memories of the camp. For others this is an opportunity to visit an unknown jewel of our Ozarks within twenty minutes (fifteen miles) of West Plains. For everyone, this is an opportunity to enjoy a place where memories are still being made at youth camps and family reunions.

There is no fee for admission. Cold water will be provided and visitors are welcome to bring snacks or food. Bringing a lawn chair to relax in while reminiscing with friends at the Pavilion or anywhere on the beautiful grounds is recommended.

As a special occasion and at a prescribed time, the names of classmates who have passed away will be recognized. The names will also be posted on the Hammond Mill Camp Facebook page and displayed at camp on Oct. 26. To honor a classmate, simply make a donation of any amount to Hammond Mill Camp, Inc.
