RETRACTION AND CORRECTION

An article appearing in the September 30 edition of Howell County News entitled, “Mtn. View City Council Considers Change of Banks, Sets Fall Clean Up,” incorrectly stated the City Council will create an engineer selection committee to select an engineer for wastewater and sewer upgrades. In point of fact, the engineering firm of Allgeier, Martin, and Associates has been selected for the City’s storm water project. Engineers will be chosen in the future for projects at the airport and the sewer department.
