Silver Alert canceled, woman found safe

A Silver Alert was canceled after the subject was located safe on Wednesday, May 15. Donna Wilbanks was reported missing, last seen on May 13 at approximately 11:00 a.m. in the 700 block of Highway East 160 in West Plains, near Junction Hill School.

The Howell County Sheriff's Department would like to thank the community support in sharing the information that helped to locating Wilbanks.
