Texas County Sex Offense Arrest

On July 28, the Texas County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri Department of Social Services Children’s Division opened an investigation into a report of sexual abuse.  The allegations included in the report were that a 28-year-old male had sexual contact with two juvenile victims under the age of 10. After completion of the investigation and forensic interviews, the suspect was taken into custody. Michael Saiz was arrested at his residence in the Raymondville area on August 25 and interviewed. The investigation is ongoing, and it is believed there are additional victims.   

Texas County Prosecuting Attorney Parke Stevens charged Michael R. Saiz, 28 of Raymondville, with two counts of first degree statutory rape, victim under twelve years old.  Saiz was held in the Texas County Jail pending $500,000 bond.
