Mark Shane Walker

Funeral services for Mark Shane Walker, 52, Crider, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 28, at Pottersville Baptist Church, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mr. Walker passed away at 12:21 a.m., Thursday, June 23, 2022, at his home.
He was born February 19, 1970 at West Plains, Missouri, to Charles Dewayne Walker and Velma Katerine Perkins Walker. He graduated from Alton High School with the Class of 1988. On May 26, 1990, he was married at West Plains, Missouri, to Mickey Schaumburg. Mr. Walker was a dairy and beef farmer. He was a member of West Plains Elks Lodge #2418, United Brotherhood of Boilmakers, and Missouri Cattlemen's Association. He was also a Mason. Mark enjoyed hunting and fishing, and spending time with his grandkids. His kids and grandkids were his greatest joy. He also enjoyed visiting and telling windies. Mr. Walker was a member of Pottersville Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mickey, of the family home; three children, Bailey Dawn Bryan and husband, Kurt, West Plains, Missouri, Riley Dewayne Walker and wife, Madison, Crider, Missouri, and Ellie Jo Walker and significant other, Carter Martin, Crider, Missouri; four grandchildren, Ashlyn Dawn, Austyn Cheyanne, Addisyn Grace, and Caseton Mark; grandmother, Ruth Leslein Kramer; mother-in-law, Ruth Ann Schaumburg; brothers-in-law, Scott Schaumburg and wife, Carrie, and Jeff Schaumburg; best friend, Donnie Berry; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, father-in-law, Donald Schaumburg, sister, Bobbi Sue Fox, and brother, Keith Walker.
Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, in the Langston Street Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be at Walker Family Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Ronald McDonald House and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 West Main, West Plains, MO 65775.
