Michael Donahue

Michael Donahue was born in Elmhurst, Illinois on October 29, 1951 and passed away on April 30, 2024. He married his high school sweetheart, Sue, in 1969. Michael graduated college in 1970 with honors and moved to Missouri in 1977 with his wife and two sons, Michael & Clint. Then Michael & Sue had their two beautiful daughters, Dana & Jana, after they moved to Missouri.

 

Michael retired from Budweiser after 30 years of employment there. He enjoyed life. Michael was very smart, and his mind could easily recall information and dates. He loved reading. He always wanted to keep his mind sharp and never missed a day of scrabble. 

 

He bravely fought cancer for two years. It took so much from him including the ability to eat by mouth and ability to speak. He enjoyed his family and was very close to all of his children and wonderful and amazing grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be missed so much by his wife of 54 years, Sue Donahue, and his children Michael and Tracy Donahue and family, Clint Donahue and Misty Biggers and family, Dana and Matt Williams and family, Jana and RD Reid and family.  

 

There will be a private family gathering at a later date celebrating his life.
