Robert “Bob” David Hogan, age 75, Mountain View, Missouri, passed away
January 15, 2021 in Cox Medical Center South, Springfield, Missouri. Robert
was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Harry and Nellie (Mealley) Hogan
on March 21, 1945.
He attended High School in Mays Landing, New Jersey and went on to eventually
work for Jack Cooper Transport, Kansas City, Missouri for 25 years until his
retirement.
Bob married the love of his life Eleanor Ashton on March 2, 1967. To this
union were born two children, Bryan Hogan and Jess Hogan.
Bob’s parents, Harry and Nellie Hogan preceded him in death.
Bob is survived by his wife, Eleanor of the home, sons, Bryan and wife Diana,
Willow Springs, MO., Jesse and wife Vicky, Kansas City, MO., Grandsons, Bryan
David Hogan and wife Ashley, Willow Springs, MO., Adam Hogan and wife Mariah,
Branson, MO., two great-grandchildren, Alexandria and Roman Hogan, Willow
Springs, MO., brother, Harry (Ed) Hogan, Theodosia, MO., a sister, Linda
Hogan, Mays Landing, NJ, and a host of nieces and nephews.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with family.
Bob will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
