June 15
The police department received a criminal complaint for an incident outside Mountain View. The complaint was faxed to Blue Springs police department.
The police department was dispatched for a fight. Both parties were located, and a report was taken.
June 21
The police department was dispatched to E. James St. for a domestic incident. While speaking with the male party, marijuana was discovered.  A citation was issued.

June 15
Officer Travis Wilbanks was dispatched to Schierling Chiropractic for an alarm. He walked through and secured the building. 
Corporal Trenton Roberts was advised that a man was at the police department waiting for an officer to retrieve his property. The property was given to the man. 
Corporal Roberts was dispatched to a residence on E. Seventh Street for a report of a person trying to gain entry into an apartment. Contact was made with the resident of the apartment, and she stated that no one was trying to break into her home. 
June 16
Detective Stetson Schwien was dispatched to Signal for a report of a female subject trespassing. This woman has been cited before for trespassing at Signal, and she was gone before officer arrival. 
Detective Schwien was dispatched to Mountain View Recycle Center. Upon arrival, he was advised by city workers they had located drug paraphernalia in items dropped off for recycling. The officer secured the paraphernalia which will be destroyed. There was no determination of the identity of who dropped off the items. 
Detective Schwien was contacted by a homeowner who had two potbelly pigs abandoned at a house she owns. 
Detective Schwien was contacted by a man who wished to file a property line dispute report and receive a copy for his records. A report was made, and a copy was given to the reporting party. 
Troop G requested assistance in locating a white Ford truck that was involved in an altercation at Blue Springs and a related traffic accident. Detective Schwien responded to the location where the truck was last known to be headed, but did not locate it. Later, Detective Scwien assisted Troop G in locating persons who knew the subjects involved. 
Detective Schwien was advised by 911 dispatch about a man threatening self harm over the phone to his ex-girlfriend. The officer checked all known locations and cleared multiple residences but was unable to locate the subject. All Mountain View officers were notified to be on the lookout for the man. 
June 17
Officer Gregory Abney was dispatched to Douglas St. for the complaint of a very strong odor of propane. A leaking tank was discovered, and the fire department responded to shut the tank off.
Officer Abney delivered a citation to male subject for failure to provide proof of insurance in reference to a motor vehicle accident on June 2.  
Officer Abney followed up on an investigation for the report of a lost wallet. A nearby business stated that they have cameras, but they are not working at this time.
June 18
Detective Schwien was dispatched to Veterans Park for a report of a dog at large. Upon arrival, he spoke to the reporting party and learned that dogs belonging to a house on Sixth St. were running loose in the park. One dog had jumped on and knocked down several children. Animal Control responded to the scene and secured one dog. The owner of the other dog was located and cited for allowing the dog to run loose.
Detective Schwien was called to assist the Shannon County Sheriff's Office to arrest a subject who was located in Mountain View city limits. 
Officer Timothy Gordon received information on male subject with an active warrant and went to the address provided, but was unable to locate the subject.
June 19 
Officer Gordon responded to a report of a disturbance.  He checked the area, but did not observe anything unusual. 
June 20
Officer Abney received a complaint of fireworks.
June 21
A man came to the police department requesting Corporal Roberts to take his girlfriend to detox. The man was advised that, unless she was under arrest, she would have to willingly check herself in for treatment.
