While Police Chief Bryan Hogan was inside Lee’s Tire, a woman grabbed the handle of his service weapon and tried to remove it from the holster. The woman, who was holding an infant during the incident, then began screaming at Chief Hogan that she wanted him to kill her. 
September 6
A toddler was found walking along State Route 76. Contact was made with the manager of nearby apartments, who stated that the child did live in one of the apartments. The child was returned to the apartment. 
Assistance was given to the driver of an RV with a blown tire on westbound 60/63 near the on ramp. Traffic control was provided for safety until a tow truck arrived. 
September 9
Waggoner Home Center reported that a male subject had attempted to purchase a mower for almost $5,000 over the phone but was giving the business conflicting information. The man reportedly gave two different addresses to the store, and provided two credit card numbers that did not work. 
A well-being check was made after a report was received of a screaming woman. Contact was made with a resident of an apartment in the area. A male subject at the apartment stated that his girlfriend had screamed at the dog for chewing on her glasses. The woman was not at the scene at the time that contact was made. 
A male subject was taken into custody on active warrants on West 10th Street.
