Bears Beat the Blue Jays

The Bears made a trip to Greenwood Tuesday night knowing they would need all hands on deck. The start was shocking, but not unexpected. Th e Blue Jays landed four threes in a row, leaving the Bears in awe but keeping the score close, 20-19 Bears.
In the second, there was lots of good ball handling, defense, and coaching from Coach Wilson. Gannon McGinnis wowed the crowd with a buzzer beater from half court. The Bears hit the locker room at half time with a 37-32 lead.
Defense was the name of the Bears’ game in the third quarter, and the offense head the lead margin at five with the Blue Jays’ 42 trailing the Bears’ 47 points. 
During the fourth the Bears and Blue Jays were back and forth battling for points but the Bears pulled through to win against the number 5 state-ranked team with a final score of 67-57. 
Points for the Bears were Scottie Osborn 22, Gannon McGinnis 19, Owen Duddridge 10, Gabe Colvin 8, Scooter Osborn and Ryan Koehler both with 4. The Bears are 8-3.
