Annual Math Educators of South Central Missouri 24-game results

The annual Math Educators of South Central Missouri 24-Game Contest was held on Thursday, Nov. 2 at Howell Valley School in West Plains, MO.

For the 7th and 8th grade division there were six teams with 27 participants. Team awards: 1st Place Team-Howell Valley #1 (4-1 record, 87 points); 2nd Place Team-Howell Valley #2 (4-1 record, 72 points); 3rd Place Team-OCA (3-2 record, 51 points); and 4th Place Team-Fair View #2 (2-3 record, 55 points). Individual awards: 1st Place-Lilly Brown, Howell Valley, 38 points; 2nd Place-Anson Ford, Howell Valley, 33 points; 3rd Place-Alex Aichele, OCA, 31 points; 4th Place-Taylor Burgess, Howell Valley, 29 points; 5th Place-Kaleb Holloway, Howell Valley, 27 points; 6th Place-Landon Lamberson, Howell Valley, 25 points; 7th Place-Izzy Record, Fair View, 24 points; 8th Place-Adalyn Emerick, Fair View, 23 points.

The 5th and 6th grade division had seven teams with 35 participants. Team awards: 1st Place Team-Howell Valley #1 (6-0 record, 106 points); 2nd Place Team-Howell Valley #2 (5-1 record, 67 points); 3rd Place Team-Fair View #2 (4-2 record, 88 points); and 4th Place Team-Glenwood (3-3 record, 58 points). 1st Place-Misty Tamez, Fair View, 51 points; 2nd Place-Max Mansfield, Howell Valley, 33 points; 3rd Place-Mackenzie Madison, Glenwood, 33 points; 4th Place-Nicky Cooper, Howell Valley, 31 points; 5th Place-Munroe Martin, Fair View, 25 points; 6th Place-Emilee Ciley, Fair View, 24 points; 6th Place-Toran Ford, Howell Valley, 24 points.
