Free lunch for all MVBT students this year

The Mountain View-Birch Tree R-III announced on Friday that all students in the school district will enjoy free lunches in the 2023-2024 school year. All enrolled students may participate in breakfast and lunch at no charge.
If students want a second breakfast or lunch, they will be charged the full price of $1.50 for breakfast and $2.75 for lunch. Afternoon milk will cost 50 cents.
Adults will pay full price at every meal.
