Mountain View-Birch Tree School Board to meet Sept. 21

The Mountain View-Birch Tree R-III School District will hold their monthly Board of Education meeting on Thursday, Sept. 21 at the Birch Tree Elementary School Media Center.

Items on the agenda include: approval of consent agenda; student time presented by Birch Tree Elementary students; MSBA Delegate report/training and meetings; exceptions to monthly bills; monthly financial report; approval of pupil transportation routes; Professional Development Program evaluation/approval of Professional Development Program manual; approval of Professional Development budget; MSBA online refresher training; FFA out-of-state trip approval; Missouri United School Insurance Council (MUSIC) cyber requirement, included Cyber incident response plan; school bus bid approval; approval of school resource officer memorandum of understanding; approval of Shield Solutions yearly contract; CSIP update; and bank authorization charges.

The board will hear monthly program report from Professional Development; and principals reports from each building before entering into closed session.
