Two receive Jim Cox Memorial Scholarship

Recent graduates, Carson L. Haefeker and Ryan J. Koehler, are the recipients of the Jim Cox Annual Memorial Scholarship. Carson is the son of Jerry and Velma Cox Haefeker. He will be attending college this fall at College of the Ozarks and majoring in History. Ryan is the son of Shawana Cox and is attending Lyons College in Batesville, Arkansas where he will be playing football and he is majoring in sports medicine. Both these young men are the nephews of the late and loved Jim Cox.
“I know that he would be so very proud of the both of them,” commented scholarship organizers.
