Ozarks Sweetest Bakeshop Grand Opening

Ozarks Sweetest Bakeshop, the new bakery in Willow Springs, launched a soft opening last week.

Located at 704 E Main Street, next to Brody’s Barber Shop, the bakery is open Thursday through Monday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., and is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Owner Libby Knox recommends coming early for the widest selection of scratch-made cinnamon rolls, maple pecan rolls, muffins, brownies, cookies, several types of cakes, and donuts.

Initially opened Saturday, April 9th, Ozarks Sweetest Bakeshop plans to have their grand opening on Friday, April 22.

Knox described the learning curve of her first week in Willow Springs. The maple pecan rolls were “flying out of the door,” she said, and seemed to be more popular than the cinnamon rolls. The bake shop sold out by noon on that first day.
