Simmons Bank’s contribution to West Plains Council on the Arts will support the 2021 Brewfest
Passport which is available for purchase and use at participating vendors. Brewfest proceeds will be used to award the annual Gatewood Family Fine Arts Scholarship to a local student and promote arts in the West Plains area.
