Southern Missouri Technical Institute holds ribbon cutting for name change

The South Central Career Center recently changed their name to Southern Missouri Technical Institute. On Wednesday, Oct. 25 a ribbon cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the name change. Holding the ribbon on the left is West Plains Chamber Ambassador Judy Ingalsbe, holding the scissors is Dr. Josh Cotter and on the right is West Plains Chamber Board Member Eric Gibson.
