Something’s awry at the Star Theater in Willow Springs.
A writer has scrambled characters from plays and movies that have appeared at the Star, sending them on a quest to find her to fix their stories.
All are invited to attend as the cast of more than 30 presents “Clara’s Star” on stage at the Star December 16 through 18. Show times are 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday.
The play was written by Holly Wehmer as her senior project at Willow Springs High School. Joining her for the production are local theater veterans Kristi Cunningham, Wendy and Avery Parker, and Kurt Owens.
