'The Princess Quest' at the Star Theater

The Star Dramatic Company will present it's newest production, "The Princess Quest" at the Star Theater in Willow Springs. The production will take place on Friday, April 21 at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 23 at 3:00 p.m., and then again the following weekend Friday, April 28, and Saturday, April 29 at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 30 at 3:00 p.m. 

"The Princess Quest", written and directed by Kristi Cunningham, is a light-hearted retelling of 'The Princess and the Pea' story, of a Prince in need of a wife. With only one year to find a bride or forfeit the throne, Prince Allistair of Dawsonia is on the hunt for a bride. Very quickly the hunter becomes the hunted as the exuberant princesses go above and beyond to attract his attention. But what about Edina, the princess in residence? And just who is the strange girl with a mean kick? All will be answered on opening night at the Star Theater. All princes and princesses attending in costume will receive a free popcorn. Ticket prices are $8.00 for adults and $5.00 for children, ages 10 and under. Grab your tiaras and we will see you at the Star.
