Eagles go 1-2 at Mansfield Tournament

The Eagles traveled to Mansfield to take part in the Mansfield Tournament alongside the Mansfield Lions, Houston Tigers, and Bakersfield Lions.

The Eagles faced the Houston Tigers on Tuesday. Terrell Gaines scored his one thousandth career point during the win over Houston. The Eagles fell just short of a win against the Bakersfield Lions. Terrell Gaines scored 37 points, followed by Drew Ripko's addition of 21 points, wasn't quite enough to beat the Lions. The final score was 68-71.

Friday night, the Eagles faced a very tough Mansfield Lions team. The Eagles fell to the Lions 38-59. Terrell Gaines scored 20 points in this game and made the All-Tournament team.
