20th Annual Tom Smith Sunrise Rotary Golf Tournament held

A great time was had by all at the 20th Annual Tom Smith Sunrise Rotary Golf Tournament. Thirty teams competed in the tournament, and funds were raised to benefit the local Rotary Backpack Program. First, second and third place prizes were presented in the Championship flight as well as the A and B flights. The longest drive was awarded to Seth Johnson for the men and Donna Dobbs for the women. Closest to the pin winners were Preston Eagleman and Greg Stephens.

Sunrise Rotary president, Jack Bates, said “we appreciate all the golfers that came out to support our tournament. It was a beautiful day on the course, and most importantly, we raised money for our backpack program which benefits our local kids.”
