Flasher charged after repeat attack

Dylon K. Hollowell, 26, of West Plains, faces his second charge of sexual misconduct in Howell County courts. Following a March 6 incident at the Walmart on Preacher Roe Blvd. in West Plains, Hollowell has been charged with first degree sexual misconduct and first degree burglary.
According to a probable cause statement filed by Officer Brandon Stephens of the West Plains Police Department, Hollowell intentionally exposed himself to a female customer in a grocery aisle.
The defendant was convicted of sexual misconduct in Howell County on June 28, 2019, and he was trespassed from all Walmart properties on May 9, 2019. He was sentenced to and served a 30-day jail sentence.
In this incident, Holloway was indicted before a grand jury on March 10. He remains in Howell County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
