Fourth Annual Fly In/Camp Out

Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Chapter 1218, Willow Springs, MO hosted their fourth Annual Fly-In/Camp-Out last weekend. On Friday evening, June 11, the arriving campers were treated to a cookout followed by the music jam.  The weather overnight was threatening but the sun came out Saturday and over twenty various aircraft came in from as far away as Cave City, AR and Ava, Peculiar and Vichy, MO.  There was drone flying, corn hole games, and plenty of delicious food throughout the day along with more music. As the evening approached, the powered paragliding pilots came out to use the grass landing strip.  The camp-out is an annual event scheduled for the second weekend in June.
