Look out for hydrant maintenance

"Don't be alarmed if you see this all over Willow Springs for the next couple weeks," said Willow Springs Fire Department Chief Vance Farmer. The fire department and water department personnel will be exercising, inspecting, and performing maintenance on the fire hydrants throughout the city.
