Mtn. View Chamber of Commerce Changes Staff, Hours

A letter from Mountain View Chamber of Commerce President Mark Castenada announced “necessary changes” to the structure of the Chamber last week. The letter made mention of the “unforeseen challenges of the last year and a half” that prompted “several difficult decisions” from the Board. 

The letter dated July 22 announced changes that were effective immediately. Abigail Lenhart, with help from Board members, has stepped into the role of Interim Director. Roger Strosnider will be serving as interim vice president. 

The hours of the Chamber office are Monday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday from 9 am to 12:30 p.m., and Thursday from 9 am to 12:30 p.m. Board members will be available by email outside these office hours. 

Pioneer Days is still being “actively” planned and remains scheduled for September 25.
