New Stove Donated to Mtn View Senior Center

Brian Eschrich has donated a new commercial stove to the Mountain View Senior Center to honor his late father, Virgil Eschrich’s, memory.
“One day, Brian called the center to check on all of us and see how things were going. During our conversation I explained how our old stove was in need of some repairs,” explained Center Director Charlotte Davis.
Erlich offered to furnish a new stove, and from there the project was a team effort. Cathy Lee performed the consumer research on the stove, and within a few days had prices. The Senior Center board purchased a new propane tank, and Johnny at  Mountain VIew Oil was available to answer questions and hook up the stove. The day the stove arrived, Dwain Hockman of Mountain View Lumber came to the rescue and unloaded it with his fork lift. The Electric Department helped to get the casters on.
“We appreciate all the help. The cooks love the new stove,” Davis said
