NOTICE -- RELEASE OF FUNDS FROM THE TORNADO BENEFIT CONCERT

Applications will be available Monday, August 5th, 2024 for requests for funds from donations received from the Tornado Benefit Concert for Mountain View Residents held on June 23, 2024 by Brandy Lee Music and funds collected from other individual donors.
Applicants must live in Mountain View and have a Mountain View zip code. The total funds available from the contributions are $3,914.25.
Applications will be collected from Monday, August 5th through Friday, August 16th. At that time, the application process will be closed. Applications may be picked up and returned to any of 3 locations: Mountain View City Hall, First Baptist Church of Mtn View and Betty Hockman, CPA office. Applications must be signed and filled out completely to be considered and have original signatures and returned in person.
All applications will be reviewed by a committee to assess the needs. A one time disbursement of the funds will be based on a final allocation among the applicants determined by the committee. Disbursements will be made as soon as that determination is made.
At the request of the donors, the handling of the funds, committee selection and disbursements will be overseen by the First Baptist Church of Mtn View.
