Photo Contest Winner Announced

The City of Willow Springs announced the winner of a contest to determine the new image that will represent the City’s website and Facebook page. Willow Springs High School senior Ricky Maggard’s image of Center Street is the first winner of the twice-yearly contest. His photo received the most votes on Facebook, a total of 157.
Students who enter the contest are encouraged to submit a photo that entices visitors and future residents to Willow Springs by showcasing what is special about the town.
The contest, which is open only to Willow Springs High School students, will be repeated in the Spring semester. Entries will be due May 1.
