The March meeting of the Public Safety Advisory Committee (PSAC) in Willow Springs did not take place due to lack of quorum. City Hall confirms the last time this committee met was in September 2024. The PSAC is scheduled to meet on the first Monday of every month but has struggled to establish a quorum. The February meeting, however, was not a quorum issue. The city failed to post adequate notice of the meeting, so it could not be held. Missouri law requires public bodies must post a tentative agenda at least 24 hours prior to the meetings.
The next scheduled meeting of the PSAC is April 7. The meetings are open to the public.
