Thieves Steal Another Catalytic Converter in Willow Springs

A resident on Short St. in Willow Springs reported the theft of a catalytic converter from a Nissan X-Terra on March 30. This is the latest in a string of similar thefts in Willow Springs and the surrounding areas over the last several months. 

Willow Springs Police Chief Bryan Hogan urges citizens to report any and all suspicious activity around vehicles.

“Not only are thieves looking for unlocked car doors, but they are looking to steal car parts as well,” said Chief Hogan.
