Three Years Probation after Three Arrests

Alexander Frieze, 21, Willow Springs, was sentenced to three years’ probation for his two pending burglary charges. The Honorable Steven Privette sentenced Frieze on July 19 and ordered restitution in the total amount of $1,640 for both cases.
The sentence was in reference to two incidents, one in April 2020 and one in October 2019. In April, Frieze and an accomplice were accused of breaking in to Quality Motors in West Plains and stealing a safe and other items. His accomplice, Zachary Wells, was sentenced to three years’ probation beginning in December 2020.
Last October, Frieze was arrested and charged with a burglary at Thomas F. Benyo Golf Course in Willow Springs. His alleged accomplice in that matter is now deceased. Frieze was arrested and charged again weeks later after he was identified in surveillance footage from a burglary at Willow Springs Schools. This final charge was bound over into the golf course burglary case.
Frieze’s suspended sentence is under the authority of the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole.
