West Plains Bank and Trust Company To Host Food Drive

West Plains Bank and Trust Company Liberty Branch will host a fundraiser to benefit the F.E.E.D. Program in Mountain View, Mo., Oct. 1 through 31, 2021. This is the twelfth year for the bank to support the cause and all donations are being matched.
“We’re entering a time of year when local families find themselves most in need,” said West Plains Bank and Trust Company Liberty Branch Manager Stephanie Jester. “Demand increases during the holidays, add in the pandemic and it becomes an even more crucial time to support the F.E.E.D. Program.
“We switched things up in 2020 and were about to raise $2,000 for the F.E.E.D. Program, so we have a goal of beating that total this year. Like last year, we won’t be accepting donations of non-perishable items, instead we are selling apple baskets on which names can be written. Baskets will be sold for a minimum $1 donation and displayed in our branch. All donations will be presented to the F.E.E.D. Program and be used to purchase needed food items.”
For additional information regarding the fundraiser, contact Stephanie Jester at 417.934.1047. West Plains Bank and Trust Company opened its doors to customers in 1883, making it the oldest continually operating business in the area.  With more than 136 years of service to the local region, total assets of West Plains Bank and Trust Company have grown to more than $550 million with seven locations and a loan production office.
