Willow Springs City Hall utility bills to be issued August 5

Due to a computer malfunction, the City of Willow Springs utility bills should be out by August 5. Additionally, bills will be due August 19 without penalty. The City of Willow Springs has all of the correct meter readings and City Hall staff will be putting those readings into the computer manually, which is the reason for the delay in getting those out to our customers.

The City of Willow Springs apologizes for the inconvenience; however, this is a situation that is out of their control. Everyone's patience during this time is appreciated.
