Willow Springs Woman Hurt in One-Car Crash

Montana Hardy, 24, of Willow Springs, was airlifted from the scene of an accident on US Highway 60 one mile east of Macomb. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Hardy was the only occupant in the vehicle on April 29 when her Cadillac Escalade failed to negotiate a curve, overcorrected, and struck a rock bluff face. Hardy was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, but was seriously injured nonetheless. The crash occurred at approximately 6:22 p.m.
