Ama Lou Coble

Graveside services for Ama Lou Coble, 79, Hartville, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 13, at Dripping Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Coble passed away at 10:10 a.m., Friday, April 7, 2023, near Hartville, Missouri.
She was born July 25, 1943, at Dora, Missouri, to Curtis Mayfield and Laura Wallin Mayfield. On August 7, 1957, she was married at Senatobia, Mississippi, to Hamey Vernon Coble, who preceded her in death on October 9, 2008. Mrs. Coble was a homemaker; she loved spending time with her family and enjoyed quilting, puzzle books, gardening and fishing. She was of the Christian faith.
She is survived by three children, Freda Volner and husband, Jonathan, Hartville, Missouri, James Coble and wife, Teresa, Lebanon, Missouri and Ray Coble, Hartville, Missouri; fifteen grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Mary Fisher and husband, Bill, Mountain View, Missouri and many nieces and nephews.
Her parents, husband, one daughter, Ruby Stuteville, two sons, Vernon and Terry Coble and one brother, Donald Hicks, preceded her in death.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Dripping Springs Cemetery and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 West Main, West Plains, MO 65775.
