Bonnie Jo Halcomb

Bonnie Jo Halcomb, 57, of Mountain View, Missouri, passed away on August 10, 2023, after battling cancer for two years. She moved to Missouri in 1994 and has considered it her home ever since.

She was active in several area non-profit humanitarian groups and was a talented professional artist who adored fantasy creations and was an active member of a local Live Action Role Play group. Bonnie traveled to other areas in the region and participated as a vendor at Renaissance Faires and Science Fiction Conventions. Although she did not have any children of her own, she was the "cool aunt" to many.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her father, James Halcomb; her mother, Margaret (Cole) Halcomb; her brother, James Halcomb, Jr.; and her sister, Lynda (Halcomb) Jeckel.

She is survived by her siblings, Angela Longboat, Barbara Bunting, Ricky Halcomb, Paul Halcomb, Betty (Halcomb) Bennett, Margaret (Halcomb) Trader, and John Halcomb; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
