Ronald Cunningham was born November 15, 1947 in Gardiner, Maine to Clinton and Barbara (Vaine) Cunningham.  He passed away September 22, 2024 at Select Specialty Hospital in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 76.

He grew up in Richmond, Maine, and graduated from Richmond High School.  Ron faithfully served his country in Vietnam in the United States Navy.

He drove a truck for JB Hunt for 20 years then drove for Ozark Mountain Leasing providing trucking services to the entertainment industry.  It was easy to give directions to his and Margaret’s house in Summersville, they just told people to look for the JB Hunt truck in the yard!

Ron attended Endurance Church in West Plains, Missouri.

He enjoyed riding four-wheelers, motorcycles, and talking about old cars with his boys.  As a family, everyone enjoyed boating and camping.  Ron and Margaret loved taking trips on their Spyder Motorcycle.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clinton Cunningham and a sister, Cindy Cunningham.

Ron is survived by his mother, Barbara Cunningham; his wife Margaret; his sons, Jeff and wife Kim Cunningham and Jeremy and wife Bethani Cunningham; grandkids, Crystal, Micah, Jordan, Harlow and Baxter; step-grandsons, Zack and Ethan Brixley; great-grandkids, Macy, Noah, Penelope and Bryson as well as two brothers, Skip Cunningham and Donnie Cunningham.
