Ted Browne
Theodore Eugene Browne, age 74, of Cabool, MO passed away at his home
February 21, 2021. He was born August 7, 1949 in West Plains, MO to Clarence
Eugene and Matilda Inez (Stranghoner) Browne.
Ted attended school in Willow Springs, MO. He married Carline Skaggs
April 25, 1970, they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and renewed
their vows in April of 2020.
Ted was a jack of all trades, working in construction, driving a truck,
and a wheeler dealer selling his produce for many years at the Cabool Flea
Market.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Carline; twobrothers,
George Thomas, and Florian Thomas Browne; a son in law, Dennis Skaggs; a
grandson, Dustin Skaggs; and two great grandsons, Cade Allen Cook, and Cylys
Stewart.
Ted is survived by his children, David Skaggs and wife, Stephanie,Danny
Skaggs and wife, Patty, Teddy Browne, Jr and wife, Christy, Debra Skaggs, and
Joanna Hill and husband, Lewis all of Cabool, MO, Sister, Connie Foster of Willow Springs, MO, and Crystal Browne and partner, Kimberley McCallister of West Plains, MO; ten grandchildren, and twenty-four great grandchildren.
Ted was a member of the St Paul Lutheran Church in Willow Springs, MO.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, trapping, visiting with friends andfamily,
and playing Santa Claus for the kids. He also donated countless watermelons
to the football boys, and pumpkins to his grandkid’s classrooms. He was
always a generous man, helping anyone in need. Although we will all miss him,
we take great joy that he is reunited with his bride, whom he missed so much
and enjoying the beauty of Heaven fishing in the biggest pond ever.

Visitation is Saturday February 24, 2021 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the
St Paul Lutheran Church, Willow Springs, MO with Services beginning at 11:00
AM with Rev Scott Chamberlin officiating. Services are under the direction of
Evans Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Devin Browne, Ted Browne, Crystal Browne,
Lewis Hill, Dustin Day, Brody Rich, Wynston Skaggs, and Lynn Burdick.
