March 30
Deputy Avery Stolba responded to an address on County Road 4990, Willow Springs, for an alleged sexual assault. An investigation is ongoing.
Deputy Leekota Amore spoke to a student at the West Plains Middle School who claimed to have information on inappropriate conduct. No charges will be filed at this time.
Deputy Austin Ryan conducted an IDOD/VIN verification at the Howell County Sheriff's Office.
Deputy Paden Turnbull took a report of harassment.
Deputy First Class Robert Malone responded to Star Mart in Pomona for reports of a suspicious person. After an investigation he arrested the individuals for being a non-compliant sex offender while living in Missouri.
Corporal Travis Weaver responded to the area of Air Medical Drive for the report of threats. This is an ongoing investigation.
March 31
Deputy Stolba arrested individual at the White Oak Gas Station in Caulfield for an outstanding warrant.
Lt. Jason Long and ORP Fugitive Task Force Officers located an individual who previously fled attempts of arrest for outstanding warrants on a property off Couty Road 3850 and took them into custody without incident.
Deputy Dylan Cook while performing normal duties as a School Resource Officer for the Zizzer Pride Academy responded to a disturbance occurring outside of school at the skate park in West Plains. No charges will be sought.
Deputy Michael Pauly received a call of an out-of-control juvenile with a bat on Illinois Ave in Brandsville. A juvenile referral will be forwarded to the Juvenile Office.
April 1
Deputy Kory Taylor responded to a call for service for a report of harassment.
Deputy First Class Colter Reid responded to the Probation and Parole Office for an individual with an active warrant.
Corporal Weaver responded to Von Allmen Street in Mountain View for the report of a possible sexual assault. This is an ongoing investigation.
Deputy First Class Reid responded to County Road 5800, Willow Springs for a report of a suicidal juvenile. They transported the juvenile to Ozarks Healthcare.
April 2
Deputy Holloway responded to a residence on County Road 1280 in West Plains for a report of a domestic altercation. No charges will be filed as the victim declined prosecution.
April 3
Deputy Holloway observed a vehicle exceeding the posted speed limit by 27 mph on US Highway 160 and attempted to initiate a traffic stop. The vehicle failed to yield, and a pursuit ensued resulted in a single-vehicle crash that occurred on State Route AB in West Plains, involving the suspect vehicle. He arrested the juvenile suspect and transported them to the Howell County Sheriff's Office and later released them to their parents. Charges will be referred to the Howell County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and the Juvenile Office. The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated the accident.
Deputy West took a report of harassment.
Deputy West took a report of a stolen bicycle.
Deputy Vice responded to a report of an assault at a residence on County Road 8580. He arrested both individuals and placed them on 24-hour holds pending charges. 
Deputy Hambelton responded to County Road 6750, West Plains for a physical domestic altercation. The incident will be considered closed due to uncooperative victims.
April 4
Corporal Gordon responded to a residence near Willow Springs to take a report of a deceased individual. His investigation found no suspicious circumstances, and it appeared the individual passed away from natural causes.
April 5
Deputy Stolba responded to an address on County Road 5090, West Plains, for a death investigation.
