Deputy Koleman McDaniel spoke to an individual regarding a civil matter.
Deputy McDaniel responded to the address on State Route ZZ for potential computer hacking.
Deputy First Class Brandon Meacham responded to US Highway 63 for an agency assist.
Deputy Robert Malone responded to a location on Hwy 63 in West Plains for a disturbance call. Investigation resulted in arrest of the suspect transporting them to the Howell County Sheriff's Office pending formal charges.
Deputy Talon Millard received a call of a possible domestic assault that was occurring on County Road
2290 near Mountain View. Investigation found no crime had occurred and no injuries were present. He gave the reporting party information for resources against domestic violence in Howell County. No
charges have been filed at this time.
May 7
Deputy Malone took a report of a missing person. Investigation will be conducted.
While performing patrol of US Forest Service land, Cpl. Logan Wake found multiple tires dumped near
Willow Springs. He notified the US Forest Service.
May 8
Deputy Malone responded to an address on Private Road 2012 for a report of a possible stolen vehicle out of Ozark County in the driveway. Investigation resulted in the vehicle recovered and returned to its rightful owner.
May 9
Deputy Austin Ryan responded to the area of County Road 1940 in West Plains for a domestic incident. Investigation found the victim did not wish to pursue charges. 
Deputy Jacob Hamby received notice of an individual at the location of Private Road 8060 West Plains, who cut themselves with a knife and threatened to harm themselves further. EMS transported the subject to Ozarks Healthcare to receive a mental evaluation.
Deputy Hunter Ward received notice of alleged threats at the Howell County Courthouse. This case is pending further information.
Deputy First Class James Wardrip responded to a residence on State Route Y in Mountain View for an arrest warrant. The suspect fled from law enforcement. Formal charges will be pending for resisting arrest, and assault on a special victim. 
May 10
Deputy Jordon Collins received a report of a violation of an order of protection at the Howell County Sheriff's Office. A probable cause statement will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office seeking formal charges.
Deputy Ryan responded to the area of State Route W in Peace Valley for a missing juvenile. While he spoke to the mother, other deputies canvassed the area. Shortly after, a deputy located the child on a nearby County Road safe and unharmed.
Deputy Ward received notice of alleged domestic violence report on State Route PP. This case will be referred to the Howell County Prosecuting Attorney.
Deputy First Class Wardrip responded to a residence on State Route Y in Mountain View for a person with an active warrant. While conducting the arrest, he found the suspect in possession of a glass pipe which field tested positive for methamphetamine. A report will be sent to the prosecuting attorney’s office for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
May 11
Deputy Ryan responded to the area of State Route PP in West Plains for a court order violation. He located the suspect and arrested them for court order violation and an outstanding felony warrant. Charges will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecutor's Office.
Deputy Tessa Jens contacted a subject reporting someone stole items from their property. At this time, no suspect is identified.
Deputy Hamby received a call for a stolen or lost license plate on US Highway 160, West Plains.
Deputy First Class Hamby received a call for a disturbance between three individuals at County Road 9100 in West Plains. He contacted all the parties. They took the suspect to Ozarks Healthcare for a 96-hour mental evaluation.
Deputy Ryan responded to the area of County Road 3140 in Mountain View in reference to a juvenile stating they were locked out of the house. 
Deputy Shaun Duggins received a call for a report of an approximately four-or-five-year-old juvenile dropped off in the road by a residence in the area of county road 5120 in Willow Springs. Investigation found the juvenile wandered from a residence down the road. Officers returned the juvenile to the father.
May 12
Deputy Hamby received a call at County Road 8150 for a deceased individual. After investigation, this case will be closed.
Corporal Travis Weaver responded to the area of State Route K in Pottersville for a report of a violation of an order of protection. He did not locate the suspect. A probable cause statement will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecuting Attorney's Office for violation of a protection order.
