Sean Matthew Mixon, 56, fugitive from out state – felony
Kirk Hutchinson, 58, driving while revoked or suspended

Calls for Service
July 15
Deputy Avery Stolba responded to a residence on State Route K for an out-of-control juvenile.
Deputy Stolba responded to County Road 5800 in Willow Springs for a verbal domestic disturbance. Investigation found no crime had been committed and advised both parties of the twelve-hour rule.
July 16
Deputy Chancey Hambelton responded to a residence off State Route 17 for a property damage incident. He obtained photos of the damage. 
Deputy Hambelton assisted Children’s Division with an investigation on County Road 6410.
July17
Cpl. John Thomas responded to County Road 4420, West Plains for an abandoned trailer. 
Cpl. Thomas responded to a suspicious circumstances call in Moody. He trespassed both suspects from the property. He towed the vehicle per the owner's request.
Ozark County Sheriff's Office advised that property stolen in Ozark County may potentially be
located in Howell County. Investigation found the potential stolen property no longer at the residence. 
July 18
Cpl. Thomas responded to Pomona for a report of a neighbor dog killing chickens. He offered judicial remedies to the owner.
Corporal Nicholas Bruno responded to a residence on County Road 6690 in reference to property damage. A mailbox had been damaged.
Corporal Bruno responded to a residence on State Route AD in West Plains for a possible deceased person. Investigation suspected no foul play.
Deputy Robert Malone received a call in reference to a death investigation.
July 19
Deputy First Class Jared Hummel attempted a traffic stop on U.S. 63 Highway on a vehicle traveling approximately 45 miles per hour in a 65 mph zone and failing to maintain the lane. EMS transported an elderly individual to the hospital. No charges will be filed.
July 20
Deputy Talon Millard struck a deer while driving south on Garner Blvd. of West Plains. Photos of the damage will be submitted with the report.
Deputy First Class Tessa Jens assisted Children's Division with an investigation at a residence on County Road 7190 in Pottersville. Children's Division is still actively investigating and will forward this incident if evidence of a crime is found.
Sergeant Seth Smith received a call to respond to a residence in Peace Valley for a court order violation. He contacted both victim and suspect and formal charges will be fowarded to the Howell County Prosecuting Attorney.
Deputy First Class Jens took a report of a damaged mailbox. 
July 21
Deputy First Class James Wardrip responded to a disturbance at County Road 6850 in West Plains. The reporting party stated her husband would not let her leave. Once on scene both parties separated.
Deputy Hunter Ward received notice of a domestic assault on County Road 2770 in West Plains. Both juveniles left with the other parent. He advised both parties of judicial remedies. This incident will be sent to the child abuse hot line.
