October 7
Deputy First Class Jared Hummel assisted with a traffic stop near Wal-Mart off Ramseur Rd. Officers took a passenger of the vehicle into custody after they refused to exit it so it could be towed from the roadway.
Deputy First Class Talon Millard conducted a traffic stop on Ramsuer Road in West Plains. They arrested the driver for driving while intoxicated.
Deputy Tyler Ryan took a report of stealing.
Deputy First Class Brandon Meacham assisted West Plains Police Department with a traffic stop. 
Deputy T. Ryan took a report of a disturbance.
October 8
Deputy Austin Ryan responded to the area of Private Road 1774 in reference to an animal neglect or abandonment call.
Deputy First Class Tessa Jens took a report of a domestic disturbance.
Deputy First Class Jens spoke to an individual reporting a careless and imprudent driver on US Hwy 63. 
Deputy Avery Stolba responded to an address on County Road 4730 in Pomona in reference to sexual misconduct involving a minor.
Deputy Shaun Duggins responded to a residence on County Road 6540 in West Plains for a report of stealing.
October 10
Deputy Stolba responded to an address on Private Road 2015 in West Plains in reference to a verbal domestic disturbance.
Corporal Travis Weaver responded to the area of County Road 3330 in Mountain View after receiving a call about a four-wheeler which had been reported stolen from Carter County. DFC. Wardrip went to the scene and identified the stolen four-wheeler. Officers recovered the vehicle and notified Carter County.
October 11
Deputy First Class Jens responded to County Road 1990, Willow Springs in reference to two dogs running at large and killing chickens. She spoke to the dog owner and the victims.
Deputy Stolba responded was dispatched to an address on Private Road 8060 in West Plains in reference to a possible missing person. They located the individual later located that night.
October 12
Deputy T. Ryan responded to County Road 1460 in response to a juvenile who fell into a koi pond with CPR in progress. They took the juvenile victim to Ozarks Health Care Emergency Room and then an air ambulance transported the child to another medical facility. This case will be ongoing and investigated by the Howell County Sheriff's Office Investigation Division.
Deputy First Class Brandon Meachum responded to Private Road 1830 for a protection order violation. They arrested one individual for a 24-hour hold while charges of violation of protection order will be sent to the Howell County Prosecutors Office.
October 13
Deputy Hunter Ward received notice of an alleged theft of a firearm on County Road 4990 in Willow Springs. This case will be pending further investigation.
Deputy T. Ryan responded to State Route AP for a call of a stolen fifth wheel camper. The case will be investigated.
