June 30
Deputy Austin Ryan arrested an individual on an outstanding warrant.
Corporal Jacob Hamby received a call for service in regard to a protection order violation at County Road 6750 in West Plains. He arrested one subject, and charges will be sent to the Howell County Prosecutor for review.
Deputy Nicholas Barslow spoke with an individual regarding a violation of an order of protection.
ORP Task Force Officers traveled to the "Gist Ranch" Conservation Area located off State Route 17 Hwy North of Summersville in Texas County to follow up on a tip regarding a wanted fugitive hiding in the conservation area. They located the subject at a residence just off of the conservation area and he then fled from officers into a wooded area. Investigation led to another residence next door and officers made entry into this residence, and they located another fugitive arrested on them on outstanding felony warrants.
Deputy Ryan received information of a victim in reference to an animal bite.
Deputy Michael Pauly spoke to an individual about a court order violation Charges will be sent to the prosecuting attorney.
Deputy Brandon Barnes received a call for service in regard to a verbal dispute in the West Plains area.
July 1
Deputy Ryan took a report of an assault.
Deputy Pauly overheard radio traffic of a car versus pedestrian crash near his location in West Plains and responded as Deputy Coroner.
July 2
Deputy Kory attempted to conduct a traffic stop on State Route 14, but the vehicle continued
until eventually stopping in the driveway of a residence on County Road 4410. He arrested the driver for resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated, and driving while suspended or revoked.

Deputy Austin DeShazo responded to information of a deceased individual on County Road 7960, Moody.
July 3
Deputy Taylor attempted to initiate a traffic stop on State Route 14 on a vehicle for operating in a careless and imprudent manner. The vehicle then accelerated and failed to yield before stopping on County Road 4410. He arrested the driver for resisting arrest and driving while intoxicated.
Deputy Jordon Collins responded to a residence located on County Road 8800 for a report of a domestic altercation. Both parties agreed to separate for the day. No charges will be filed at this time.
Deputy Brandon Barnes received a call for service for an allegedly stolen dirt bike. While on the scene he discovered a subject operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver’s license.
July 4
Deputy Leekota Amore received a call for a peace disturbance on County Road 7690 in Caulfield. Charges will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecutor's Office.
July 6
Deputy Ryan responded to the area of County Road 3250 referencing property damage.
