A male subject was trespassed from a daycare near the golf course. The man was asked to leave, and the area was secured. 
A fire hydrant was reported to be leaking water into the street on Washington. The water department was notified. 
August 13
A peace disturbance was reported on Falck Street. The vehicle causing the disturbance was parked when an officer arrived. 
A female subject reported that she had lost her phone near Dollar General and asked for assistance in trying to find it. 
A male subject reported having his identity stolen in Dexter, Missouri. 
A burglary was reported on East 5th Street. 
A vehicle rolled from the hospital parking lot into the roadway on U.S. Highway 60. The vehicle damaged a light when it rolled across the yard and down an embankment, into the roadway. 
A fight between two male subjects was reported at Casey’s. Neither subject wished to pursue charges. 
August 14
A domestic disturbance was reported on West 2nd Street. The reporting party did not wish to file an official report. 
A female subject reported finding money on the side of the road. 
A well-being check was requested for a male subject at Malone’s Motel. Contact was made with the man, who was okay. 
A male subject reported that someone was harassing his daughter. 
A caller reported that a dog had followed her home and wanted to relay the information in case someone reported a missing dog. 
The Howell County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance with an unresponsive male in the roadway on County Road 2900.
A peace disturbance was reported on East James Street. A driver was told to turn down loud music that he was playing. 
Possible child abuse was reported to family services after a resident on West 2nd Street refused to respond to a police officer. 
August 15
A well-being check was requested at a residence on East 5th Street.
August 17
A vehicle reportedly drove onto fresh asphalt near Apple Market, even though the area was marked and taped off. A vehicle description and license plate were obtained by the manager. 
A man and woman were reported arguing in a vehicle on East 6th Street. The vehicle was gone from the area when an officer arrived.
A theft was reported at Walmart. 
A disturbance was reported on State Route Y. A male subject was place on a 96-hour hold. 
August 18
A male subject requested fingerprints. The man state that he kept getting denied when trying to obtain a firearm, and was trying to find out why by sending fingerprints to the FBI. 
A well-being check was requested for a female subject on Ash Street. Contact was made with the woman, who had been injured, but was recovering. 
No injuries were reported in a traffic accident near U.S. Cellular. 
An intoxicated male subject was causing a disturbance at Honeysuckle Inn. The man did not know where his room was and was knocking on doors. The man was placed on a 12-hour hold.
Assistance was given to a female subject who was wanting a subject trespassed from her property on County Road 3870.
