Cpl. Kylie McGee investigated a report of a vehicle parked in handicap parking. 
Cpl. McGee spoke to the ground keeper for St. John Vianney Church and while mowing they located a soda bottle with syringes inside. She retrieved the syringes and will dispose of them properly.
Officers spoke to an individual requesting information or assistance and issued two traffic warnings. 
July 12
Officer Kris Reinholdt responded to a report of harassment. 
Cpl. McGee conducted a security check of a building with an open door. 
Cpl. McGee conducted a security check of a residence found open. She spoke to the owner who stated they left the door open to air out the residence. 
Cpl. McGee investigated a gas drive off. 
Cpl. McGee investigated non-injury vehicle accident. 
Officers spoke to an individual requesting information and issued two traffic warnings. 
June 13
Cpl. McGee responded to a report of a verbal disturbance. She found no altercation at the residence. 
Cpl. McGee conducted a requested wellbeing check. 
Officer Dylan Cook took a report of harassment. 
Officer Cook responded to a report of trespassing. 
Officer Reinholdt found children playing under the bleachers at the football field. He advised them to leave. 
Officer Reinholdt responded to an altercation. He told everyone to go home and sleep off intoxication. 
While on patrol, Officer Cook noticed five juveniles on top of the bathrooms at the football field. He stopped and talked to them and collected 5 names and parents’ names and phone numbers. he told them not to get up there anymore due them possibly getting hurt. He will follow up with their parents.
July 14
Officer Cook responded to a possible drug overdose. EMS transported the individual for treatment. 
Cpl. McGee assisted the Howell County Prosecutor’s Office with contacting an individual. 
While on patrol, Cpl. McGee noticed a cat wearing a sweater come out of an abandoned building. She cleared the building and found nothing out of the usual.
Cpl. Alexis Johnson investigated a non-injury accident involving a motor vehicle and a side-by-side. 
Officers spoke to three individuals requesting information or assistance.
July 15
Lt. Trenton Roberts assisted the driver of a semi-truck parked in the roadway with directions. 
Officers spoke to four individuals requesting information or assistance and issued one traffic warning.
July 16
Officer Megan Barnes assisted a pedestrian with calling EMS for an injury.
Officers spoke to two individuals requesting information or assistance and issued six traffic warnings.
July 17
Officer Barnes responded to a disturbance. She separated all parties involved. 
Asst. Chief Stetson Schwien received a call to investigate a death. He called the Howell County Coroner who advised the death appeared to be of natural causes.
Officers issued eleven traffic warnings.
