Assistant Chief Stetson Schwien received a call from Ozarks Healthcare of a confused individual. Investigation found the individual committed no crime and advised the clinic they could place the person on a mental evaluation hold.
May 13
Officer Kylie McGee responded to Ash Street for a well-being check. The elderly individual’s phone battery died while speaking to a relative causing them concern when they could not reach the individual again.
Officer McGee received a call of a woman with a small child walking alongside the highway. When locating the individual Off. McGee found them with a dog instead. The person needed a ride.

Officer Allen Reef responded to Dollar General for an alarm. He found the business secure.
Officer Timothy Gordon received a call of a snake in a residence. He could not locate the snake.
Officer McGee responded to Anchor for a gas drive off. Howell County Sheriff’s Department located the subject and told them to return to the store. The individual paid for the fuel and no charges will issue.
May 15
Chief James Perkins responded to a request for a wellbeing check for an individual screaming. He found the person crying but calm.
Chief Perkins received a call for a wellbeing check by a manger who wanted law enforcement on hand when opening the door. They found no one home.
Officer McGee took a report from an individual stating another made harmful remarks while picking up their children.
Officer McGee rendered first aid to a juvenile who fell off a scooter. 
May 16
Officer Matthew Combs responded for a disturbance. He found an upset individual yelling at the sky and advised them to keep their voice down.
Officer Combs responded to a suicidal individual who refused medical care.
While on routine patrol an individual flagged down Officer McGee to report a possible domestic situation. Off. McGee located the persons involved and found no altercation.
May 17
Officer Combs responded to a 911 hang up call. He found a verbal domestic and advised the parties of the 12-hour rule. 
Officer Reef responded to Washington St. for a juvenile issue.
May 18
Asst. Chief Schwien responded to Anchor for a two vehicle non-injury accident.
