February 9
Asst. Chief Stetson Schwien received a report of a vehicle stolen. The victim reportedly received photos of the vehicle with threats to burn it.
February 10
Off. First Class Kylie McGee delivered council packets.
Off. First Class McGee spoke with an individual at the laundry on E. Fifth St. regarding a suspicious person there telling them to be careful because two subjects were caught trying to go through a vehicle. The person left before officer arrival.
Off. First Class McGee responded to a complaint of an argument outside her home and that they attempted to knock on their door. Officers could not locate anyone arguing. 
Officer Alexis Johnson spoke with the parent of a missing child for more information. After checking several locations, police located the child and called the parent.
The Mountain View Police Department responded to Delp Road for a report of multiple individuals attempting to break into a car. Officers searched the surrounding properties and did not locate anyone. This case is under investigation.
Mountain View Police Department located a reported stolen vehicle on East James Street. They secured the vehicle and notified the owner. This case is under further investigation.
Off. First Class McGee assisted an individual attempting to save a mouse stuck to a mouse trap. The individual worried cats would kill it once released.
Off. First Class McGee received a request to check on an individual walking in the roadway but did not locate them.
Officers spoke with eight individuals seeking assistance or information and issued five traffic warnings.
February 12
Officer Johnson took a subject into custody on a warrant from West Plains.
Officer Johnson responded to a report of a domestic incident. The victim did not wish to pursue charges, and EMS transported them for evaluation.
Officer Johnson investigated a non-injury vehicle accident.
Sgt. Kaleb Berkshire conducted a safety check on a vehicle off the roadway. Interviews with the driver found assistance to be on the way. 
Sgt. Berkshire assisted several vehicles off the roadway. First responders assisted with traffic control.
Cpl. Israel Guidry responded to a sledding accident at the park. A parent and child struck a light pole and suffered injuries.  EMS transported the child with a parent.
Officers spoke with four individuals seeking assistance or information and issued four traffic warnings.
February 13
Cpl. Guidry investigated a commercial alarm and found no signs of forced entry.
Chief James Perkins responded to a request by the highway patrol to check on a vehicle parked roadside on State Route 17. He did not locate the vehicle.
Lt. Trenton Roberts received a request to check on a subject walking around the caller’s home. He did not locate the subject. 
Officer Matthew Combs responded for a subject walking up to houses asking to use the bathroom and looking into vehicles. He contacted the subjected and advised them to go home.
February 14
Cpl. Guidry received a report of a domestic assault. He spoke with one party and did not locate the other.
Officers spoke with three individuals seeking assistance or information.
February 15
Officers issued three traffic warnings.
